I joined Loughborough University in 2022 as a Graphic and Digital Designer within the Marketing and Advancement team. The role was created to support the University’s design and creative output across multiple channels, with key priorities including:

  • Producing high-quality, creative digital and print design across the full range of University activity, including student recruitment, research promotion, events, campaigns, signage, merchandise, and more.

  • Designing and delivering compelling social and digital assets for web, email, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborating closely with the wider Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to support the University’s strategic aims through strong visual storytelling.

  • Delivering design for internal communications, corporate identity, exhibitions, wayfinding, and large-scale campaigns, always with consistency and attention to detail.

  • Exploring and introducing new approaches, formats, and techniques to push creative boundaries while aligning with brand strategy.

  • Supporting the development of visual guidelines, templates, and brand toolkits, ensuring designs are adaptable, accessible, and effective across formats.
